Organization and Coordination
- Organizer (since 2000) and head (since 2006) of the Department of Neutrino and Dark Matter Studies at IFJ PAN
- Responsibilities in high energy physics experiments: team leader of the DELPHI group in Cracow, 1991-1995; software coordinator for the DELPHI silicon Vertex Detector, 1995-1997; elected member of the DELPHI Executive Committee, 1997-1998; coordinator of all Polish groups in the ICARUS experiment, 2000-2006 and of the Cracow ICARUS group, since 2000; member of the ICARUS Executive Committee (2000-2006) and of the ICARUS Editorial Board (since 2002); representative of the groups from Cracow, Katowice and Wroclaw to the T2K Institutional Board, since 2007.
- Creation (with M.Turała, W.Dąbrowski, W.Kucewicz, H.Pałka) of the inter-institutional silicon laboratory in Cracow, 1991-1995
- Leader of six research grants of the Polish State Committee for Scientific Research (now Ministry of Science and Higher Education): 1994-1996, 1997, 1999-2001, 2002-2004, 2006-2009, 2008-2009, co-leader of the grant in 1991-1993, co-leader of two special research programs: for the ICARUS experiment (2004-2009) and for the T2K experiment (2007-2010)
- European projects: scientific person in charge for the Institute of Nuclear Physics part and coordinator of the work on DAQ for the EU SUCIMA project, November 2001-December 2004, scientific person in charge for the Polish groups and coordinator of work package dedicated to physics and outreach of the EU LAGUNA project, since its start-up in June 2008 - for two years
- Co-organization of five international conferences in Poland as well as of a number of local workshops and seminars
